Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts

 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussel Sprouts

  • 1 packet of Bacon

  • Toothpicks

 
 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Place foil or parchment paper on a baking pan and then place a metal cooling rack on top.

  3. Trim the stem end off the brussel sprouts

  4. Cut the bacon in half (this prevents bacon from overlapping itself)

  5. Wrap bacon around brussel sprouts and secure with a toothpick, arrange on cooling rack.

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until bacon is crisp.
