 
        
        
      
    
    Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts 
- 1 packet of Bacon 
- Toothpicks 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees 
- Place foil or parchment paper on a baking pan and then place a metal cooling rack on top. 
- Trim the stem end off the brussel sprouts 
- Cut the bacon in half (this prevents bacon from overlapping itself) 
- Wrap bacon around brussel sprouts and secure with a toothpick, arrange on cooling rack. 
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until bacon is crisp.
