This is a super easy side dish, all you need to do is chop up the ingredients and combine them! This can also be a meal, great for days you don’t want to turn on the oven.
Ingredients:
- 1 15oz can Chickpeas 
- 3/4 cup fresh Basil leaves, roughly chopped 
- 3/4 cup fresh Parsley, roughly chopped 
- 1 clove Garlic, minced 
- Juice from one lemon 
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano 
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 
- Salt and Pepper to taste 
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, toss to mix.
