This is a super easy, amazingly quick, and of course delicious side dish! Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussel Sprouts 
- 3 Tbsp Butter 
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice 
- 1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds 
- Salt and pepper to taste 
Instructions:
- Thinnly slice brussel sprouts. 
- Melt butter in a heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. 
- Add brussel sprouts and stir occasionally until they just begin to wilt, about 5 minutes. 
- Add lemon juice and poppy seeds, toss to blend. 
- Season with salt and pepper if desired.
