Lemon Poppy Seed Brussel Sprouts

This is a super easy, amazingly quick, and of course delicious side dish! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussel Sprouts

  • 3 Tbsp Butter

  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds

  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. Thinnly slice brussel sprouts.

  2. Melt butter in a heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add brussel sprouts and stir occasionally until they just begin to wilt, about 5 minutes.

  4. Add lemon juice and poppy seeds, toss to blend.

  5. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
